What we collect, why, who sees it, and how to ask us about it. Draft dated November 4, 2026.
Draft for legal review. Written in plain English from the terms the business runs on. A Florida lawyer checks it before launch; the dated version below is the one that applies.
Who we are
Onrise is a product of NextGen Business LLC, a Florida company. Write to us at hello@getonrise.com.
On this website
Booking the audit. The booking page asks for your shop name, trade, job software, a rough count of calls that go to voicemail, and the best number to call you back. When you pick a time, those answers go to Calendly, which runs the calendar and sends the confirmation. Calendly also asks for your name and email. We use all of it to run your audit and nothing else.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and bookings so we know the site works. It sets its own cookies. We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
The calculator. The numbers you put into the missed-call calculator stay in your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere.
The demo line. Calls to the demo line are handled the same way as client calls below.
As a client
Your shop. We hold your rules (hours, service area, urgent list, booking rules), the connection to your calendar or job software, and your billing details, which our payment provider stores; we never see your full card number.
Your callers. To book a job the receptionist takes the caller’s name, number, address and the problem, and puts them into your calendar or job software and into the alert we send you. That information belongs to your shop. We use it only to answer, book and alert.
Recordings. Calls the receptionist takes are recorded and transcribed so that a person on our team can review every call and so the monthly page and the guarantee can be counted. Every caller hears a short recording notice at the start of the call. We keep recordings and transcripts for 90 days, then delete them, unless a guarantee count or a dispute needs a specific call kept longer.
The monthly page. It carries your shop’s counts and the dollars behind the jobs booked. It goes only to the address you give us.
Who sees it
The people on our team who review calls and keep your rules current, and the services we use to run the receptionist: the voice platform that carries the calls, the booking tool, our hosting provider and our payment provider. Each of them handles data under its own terms, and none of them may use your data for anything but our service. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about your shop, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by one email to hello@getonrise.com. When you cancel, we delete your rules and recordings on the schedule above and keep only what tax and accounting law makes us keep.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date, and clients get an email.
